That's great Nick. Let me share with you guys on my status then.
Primary - Shotgun (depending on situation, I have a handful) Basic gear - Im in the Army, I have lots of extra. Mask - I did have one, but due to hard times, I've sold it. Will be saving up to have one again. Talk Radio - Everyday. Over all - I able to continue mission. -------------------- |

I currently have a shotgun, but im planning on buying a sks in the next week or so. I have a BOB and a old NBC mask with new non-expired drager filter. Im getting there...

Primary: AR platform (x2)
Secondary: 870 / 1911 Tertiary(hunting small game...): 10-22 / S&W 22A pistol Basic gear: Standard backpacking equipment. Stove, Tent, Fartsack and all the trimmings. Comfort gear as well. Mask: IMO, if you need one, it's probably too late. In the case of NBC type stuff, you are probably in over your head. In the case of chemmies like CS, CN and OC, you are probably greatly outnumbered... Talk Radio: Whenever I can. Secondary: Glock 19 Small game: Ruger and Remmy .22 rifles and S&W 22 pistol Basic gear: All the issue crap along with a good deal of civvy camping supplies Mask: I have one but agree with Dru, anything more than CS/CN then a mask isn't going to do much... I still have some detection paper and tape as well as some decon stuff left around from my NBC days however Talk radio: Not so much, however my work day consists of enough intel from various sources my head almost explodes |

Three handguns to split between me, my dad, and one of my brothers...a .22 rifle...and then at my other house (Have 2 houses and my grandparents live in one, they are back to back) a 12 guage, a few pistols, and another .22 LR. So I think I am in an Okay situation with weapons...I would really like to have an AK or an AR of some sort though.
Plenty of survival gear at this point...we go camping more often and my dad is finally getting into this stuff. As far as the radio goes...sorry, but I really haven't listened to it, I prefer videos personally. Mask...err..NOPE I'm ready for the next assignment anyways, not that they are directed to me anyways (Due to age matters...still have another year to wait before I can legaly participate). --------------------  |

I guess I'll post my gear too.
Primary:AR-15, still needing BUIS Secondary:Maverick (20g shotgun), Charter arms .38, Taurus pt111 pro (9mm), or if I must 20g single shot Tertiary(hunting small game...):Lever action .22, maverick, or AR (varmints, mid sized game) Basic gear:Minus a very few things (mainly food and water lol) I'm g2g. Mask:Basic stuff given to civvies around Anniston Army Depot (b/c of the weapons being incinerated) Talk Radio: Every now and then, not too much, but some. Im replacing my shotgun as a primary with a SKS. So I am now all set. I have a primary, a NBC mask, and a BOB. Bring on the next assignment!
