Yes, first thread!

Hey guys, my name is Collin and I live in Wesley Chapel, Fl (Tampa area). I've been playing airsoft now for about 4 years. My home team is OC16 - http://oc16tst.informe.com/forum/ I write for U.S.A.S.O.C. airsoft magazine, and have been featured in AI magazine (Gator airsoft). The guy who wrote that site report is one of the main OC16 guys, and one of my good buddies: Bill. I might even have an article in AI magazine in the near future!

I would like to join the Marines by going to officer school. I really want to be a weapons engineer developing firearms and such. I love the Military and everything about it! This love for the Military is why I play MILSIM airsoft.

I hope to find many more enthusiast, like myself, on this forum.

You found one! My name is Corey and I live in Clermont Florida. Though at the moment I am in OHIO. I also hope to have a futer in the Marines. I play airsoft in a much smaller enviornment than you, but, like you, I absolutly love outdoors and military. I primitive camp occasionaly, and have shot quite a few guns....However I am not old enough yet to own one.

As for the Marines, I am going to sign up next year (I am only a 16) under the insparation of my Uncle who was a sharpshooter trainer in the Marine Corps, and he also gave me his original boot camp hat and two AncerGlobeAndEagle Pins, one being the one givin to him to wear on his bootcamp hat and the other the one he recieved upon making it into the Marines...so I want to join and do the same, though I am having trouble deciding what to do in the Marines, I originally thought about sniping but I am not to sure anymore.

I live in Roswell, Georgia. I travel to the Tampa area at least twice a year, and I would be happy to meet up with you guys.... and maybe even conduct some PT!

Being a Marine sniper is something one just chooses to do, you have to have an incredible shot and stay squared away during hard training.

Wow, we live really really close, I live in Clermont, probably a 15-20 minute drive from where you live in Orlando.
