I am an outdoorsman, and grew up in the Southern forests.

On forums I tend to lurk more than I type, but if I know about an issue, I'll do my best to contribute.

I prefer to see our liberties remain OURS.

If this forum ends up being a mature discussion board for survival/defense organization and development, then I'm all for it.

If this forum ends up being a social hang-out for a bunch of youngsters full of opinions and empty of experience, then I doubt it'll hold my interest for long.

We'll see how it develops, and if I'll become more actively involved when I return to the States.

Also, my heart goes out to you and other people in Australia for the liberties that are being taken from you such as the recent gun confiscations and massive firearm restrictions and control that is being forced upon you..

PS. Do you have any knowledge on or information about this magnetic generator that some guys are developing there in Australia? I saw a video about a near zero-energy magnetic generator being developed there. Can you please look into this and see if you can provide me (us) some information on how to buy one of these and get one sent here to the USA please? The restrictions in Victoria on firearm ownership make it all but impossible to own anything remotely useful for self-defense.
Fortunately, the country itself is not as full of guns as the US, so the bad guys have fewer guns too.
I still don't like it.


I haven't heard anything specific about this generator: I just saw a TV spot about it on the news a few weeks ago. I'll look into it more...
