I love the idea of doing this, even though i'm not old enough to join the military, i plan on joining the marines and hopefully becoming a sniper, so if you have any info about marine snipers, please share your info with me, and wish me luck.

Well, being prior military and knowing what I know now about a few things, I would strongly encourage you consider very carefully what you're thinking as joining the military right now is not exactly a good idea. TS is about HTF before the end of the year or possibly sometime in 2009 and you probably don't want to be on the front lines.

To become a Marine is tough, to become a Marine Sniper is even tougher. If you want it bad enough, you can do it. I am enlisting as soon as I finish college, even though I could commission as an officer. My goal is to be part of a special operations team, either Navy SEALs or Army Special Forces. I can get these in my contract if I enlist, where as I can't if I commission.

Any thing you want to do is possible. All it takes is a positive attitude and the nver give up drive. The basic training or Bootcamp is designed to be passed as long as you have can do attitude. All Military shcools are that way. Having said that, you still have to preform at X level or be shipped out. None of it is impossible to pass
